Getting your products to you quickly and safely is important to us.

How to Order & Get Delivery

• Add your chosen products to your basket.
• Select the quantity and complete checkout.
• You can choose delivery to:
  • Your home
  • An alternative address
  • Your workplace

Delivery Areas

We deliver across the UK and internationally.
Remote UK areas like Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and Scottish Isles may take a little longer. 

Delivery Costs

• FREE Standard Delivery on orders over £40
• Standard Parcel Service (UK): £5.95
• Express Next Day (UK): £6.95
• Europe: £15.95
• International: £24.95

All charges are clearly shown at checkout.

Delivery Times

• Standard UK: 3–5 working days
• Express UK: 1 working day (order by 12:30pm)
• Europe: 3–7 working days
• International: 5–10 working days

Deliveries are made Monday–Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Couriers & Tracking

Orders are sent via Royal Mail or courier, and most are tracked.
A signature is required for all courier and Royal Mail Recorded deliveries.

If you’re out, the courier may:

• Try a neighbour
• Leave a card with details for redelivery or collection from a local depot

They’ll attempt delivery up to 3 times.

Please Note:

We aim to deliver on time, but delays beyond our control can occasionally happen.
If there’s a delay:

• We’ll let you know
• You can cancel for a full refund
• Or receive a refund for any additional delivery charges

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your order.

Return Window:

You can return items within 28 days of purchase if:

• You’re not happy with the product quality
• Your item arrives in unsatisfactory condition

How to Return:

   Returns without this will be refused and returned to you.
